Alphabet is a global leading provider of Business Mobility, represented in 38 countries and currently financing a fleet of over 720,000 cars. 

The company was founded in 1997, and since 2011 is a part of the BMW Group, specializing in leasing and fleet management. Based on our experience and know-how we are able to offer innovative and flexible business mobility solutions that fit customers’ needs. Our company offers a wide range of services at every stage of cooperation - from consultancy and financing to service support, as well as comprehensive fleet management programs of all car brands.

In Poland, Alphabet also ranks among the largest suppliers of Car Fleet Management solutions. Our company started its activity on the Polish market in 2011, after the acquisition of ING Car Lease, which has been operating since 2001.

George Belsis

George Belsis, CEO of Alphabet Polska since 2022; simultaneously holding the CEO position at BMW Financial Services Polska since October 2021.

George has been associated with the BMW Group since 2006 - from positions at BMW Austria Bank in Athens, through the function of Country Controller for the Europe region in Munich, Head of Risk Management & Controlling at BMW Austria Bank in Athens and Country & Risk Controller in BMW Bank in Munich. Since 2015 he has held a position of CFO at BMW Financial Services Polska. 

Andreas Koser, Alphabet Polska

Andreas Koser, CFO of Alphabet Polska since 2022; simultaneously holding the CFO position at BMW Financial Services Polska since October 2021.

Andreas started his professional career at BMW Group in 1997, when, as a Master of Business Administration, he joined the team as a Manager of Group Reporting in Munich. Then he worked as the Chief Accountant at the BMW engine plant in Birmingham / United Kingdom, as a Senior Manager in Corporate Strategy in Munich, and as the Head of Supplier Risk Management in procurement in Munich. In 2016 Andreas took the position of CFO of BMW Financial Services South Africa in Johannesburg, and in October 2021, the position of CFO of BMW Financial Services Polska.

Mariusz Steć, Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Mariusz Steć, Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Alphabet Polska, has been Chief Operations Officer at BMW Financial Services Polska for over 11 years and has held the same position at Alphabet Polska since July 2023.

Adrian Kożuchowski, CRO

Adrian Kożuchowski was promoted to the position of Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of Alphabet Polska and BMW Financial Services Polska in 2023 r. Adrian has been associated with the BMW Group for over 13 years and gained professional experience, among others, as a Controlling Manager at BMW Financial Services Polska. For the previous 2 years he has been the Project Lead responsible for the strategic development of the company and strengthening cooperation with Alphabet Polska.

Piotr Wróbel, CCO

Piotr Wróbel has joined the Alphabet Polska team in June 2023, taking the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). He has been associated with the Car Fleet Management (CFM) industry from the very beginning of his professional career and for the last 8 years he was responsible for sales at LeasePlan Polska as Head of Sales and then Commercial Director.

Agata Stachaszewska

Agata Stachaszewska returned to the Polish structures of the BMW Group for the newly created position of Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer (CMIO) in June 2023. Agata was involved in the creation of Polish Alphabet structures in 2011, and for the next 8 years she has been developing her career at Alphabet International and Alphabet UK in strategic positions related to business development and marketing. She spent the previous year at BMW Financial Services in Munich, working on a project implementing a new agency sales model in the BMW Group - BMW Future Sales Model Project.

2001

ING Car Lease Polska Sp. z o. o. commences operations on the Polish market.

2003

The company is developing steadily. Leszek Pomorski becomes the new Commercial Director. The company ends the year 2003 with an impressive result of over 1,000 cars in the managed fleet.

2004

The growth dynamics of the company's portfolio reached the level of 44%, which equaled 2,000 vehicles on the road at the end of the year.

2005

The company is one of the founders of the Polish Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association. Leszek Pomorski sits on the Management Board of the union. As a result of the highest quality of services provided by the Company, ING Car Lease receives the ISO 9000:2001 Quality Certificate as the first CFM company in Poland. At the end of the year, Gazeta Finansowa awards ING Car Lease with the "Best Leasing Product for Small and Medium Enterprises" award.

2006

The Customer Satisfaction Survey confirms the very high assessment of the quality of services provided by ING Car Lease. The Company's growth rate is again at 30%, which means that the growth trend of ING Car Lease is half that of the entire CFM market in Poland.

2008

Leszek Pomorski is appointed President of the Polish Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association.

2010

Changes in the Management Board of the company: Leszek Pomorski, former Vice-President and Director of Marketing and Sales, becomes the President of the Company.

2011

At the end of 2011, all Alphabet companies merged with ING Car Lease, which strengthened the company's position on the European market. After the merger, the fleet of managed cars is already 460,000 vehicles.

2012

The company changed its headquarters, moving from the current office at Pl. Three Crosses, which was shared with other ING companies. The new main office is located in Warsaw's Mokotów district.

2013

The Alphabet fleet in Europe has reached 500,000 vehicles. The half-millionth car was ordered by a long-term customer of Alphabet Polska - Deloitte. At the end of the year, Alphabet Polska introduced to its offer a revolutionary offer of servicing electric vehicles, AlphaElectric - the first comprehensive service of this type on the Polish market dedicated to car fleets.

2014

Alphabet's share in the Polish Car Fleet Management market reached nearly 9 percent and the number of company vehicles amounted to over 12,000 cars in fleets. Alphabet Polska won in as many as three categories in the Fleet Awards Plebiscite, winning awards for its two new services - AlphaElectric and AlphaGuide, and as the Most Fleet Manager Friendly Company. In addition, Alphabet was honored in the Fleet Derby Poll, winning the award for the best Car Fleet Management service.

2015

For the second year in a row, Alphabet Polska won in the Eco Solutions category of the Fleet Awards Polska plebiscite, winning the award for the Fleet Electrification Potential Study, and in the Fleet Derby plebiscite it won the award for the best Car Fleet Management service for the third year in a row. The company's president, Leszek Pomorski, also received the Fleet Personality of the Year 2015 award.

2016

The Alphabet Polska team celebrates its 15th anniversary on the Polish CFM market! Alphabet has won the Fleet Derby Award for Best Car Fleet Management Service for the fourth consecutive year. The company also wins in the same category of the Fleet Awards Polska plebiscite and receives a statuette for the new version of the AlphaGuide application. In the annual customer satisfaction survey, Alphabet Polska boasts the highest average score among all markets where Alphabet operates, in each of the surveyed areas, including general satisfaction, customer loyalty, willingness to continue cooperation and willingness to recommend our company.

2017

At the beginning of the year, Aymeric Poilpot joins the Alphabet Polska team as Chief Financial Officer, replacing Christian Hoeltl. For the second year in a row, Alphabet Polska receives the Fleet Awards for the best Car Fleet Management service, and in the Fleet Derby plebiscite we win in the Mobile Application category. This means that AlphaGuide has thus become the CFM application most appreciated by the Polish fleet market.

2018

In mid-January, the AlphaGuide application is made available to users in a completely new visual version. A few months later, AlphaGuide once again wins the recognition of the Polish fleet industry, winning in the Mobile Solutions category of the Fleet Awards Polska plebiscite. In the Fleet Derby plebiscite, we are honored with a statuette for the AlphaElectric service, in the Ecology category. At the end of the year, Alphabet Polska is honored with a distinction for its involvement in the development of electromobility in Poland during the Electromobility Leader 2018 gala, accompanying the COP24 climate summit in Katowice.

2019

Alphabet Polska supports the Zero Emission Mission research project carried out by the Polish Alternative Fuels Association and is substantively involved in the "Electromobility in practice" training series implemented for the needs of local governments throughout Poland. In April, Alphabet delivered 250 electric BMW i3s to the largest in Poland and one of the largest in Europe fully electric carsharing - innogy go!

2019

Leszek Pomorski is honored with the Fleet Leader award for 22 years in the car leasing and long-term rental industry and for being a pioneer of modern business solutions. At the end of July, Leszek Pomorski retires, and Helmut Hoidn becomes the new President of the Management Board of Alphabet Polska from August 1st.

2020

Alphabet Polska Fleet Management, together with BMW Financial Services, is joining the fight against coronavirus as part of the joint action of BMW Group Polska "Joy of helping". The next stage is the #StarttheRestart campaign, in which Alphabet supported the "Holiday in the country" project by lending 20 BMW and MINI cars for its needs.

2021

Alphabet presents its new, comprehensively refreshed brand. The company's new strategic goal is reflected in the redesigned logo and modern visual identity, which support Alphabet's entry into a new era of mobility.

2022

From August 1, 2022, the management board of Alphabet Polska Fleet Management has changed. The functions of CEO and CFO include, respectively, George Belsis and Andreas Koser, who also hold similar functions at BMW Financial Services Polska. Aymeric Poilpot, the current CFO of Alphabet Polska, takes over the function of Proxy of Alphabet Polska, while taking over the newly created position of Chief Risk Officer (CRO) for both companies - Alphabet Polska and BMW Financial Services Polska.

2023

In July 2023, a new, and mostly joint, management team of Alphabet Polska and BMW Financial Services Polska is appointed. These changes allow for even better use of the synergy effect and expansion of the operational capabilities of both companies. George Belsis, CEO and Andreas Koser, CFO are joined by: Mariusz Steć, Chief Operations Officer (COO), Adrian Kożuchowski, Chief Risk Officer (CRO), Agata Stachaszewska, Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer (CMIO), Piotr Wróbel, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
