Booking an Alphabet Rent Vehicle

With our flexible rental service, Alphabet Rent, you can book and drive a vehicle for one day, one month or longer.

Our wide range of over 600,000 vehicles, in more than 2,500 UK locations, offers a choice of vehicles (including electric, prestige and commercial vehicles), to suit your requirements.

Please note, Alphabet Rent is only available to drivers if your company has signed up for this service with us.

How to book your Alphabet Rent vehicle

1. Get logged in

If your company's policy allows you to book a rental yourself directly, the first time you use the Online Rental Booking Platform you'll need your internal Fleet Team to provide you with login details and a link to the portal.

2. Start a new booking

When you log in, you'll see your Alphabet Rent dashboard. Here you'll be able to place a new booking, search existing bookings, or re-book a recent booking, as well as finding handy information and quick links.

3. Set your booking length

You'll need to specify the start and end time of your booking, along with the delivery or pick up location and the collection or drop off location (which can be indicative at this stage and confirmed at the point of offhire). You can also choose to make your booking open-ended and let us know once you're ready to return the vehicle.

4. Search for a vehicle

You'll then need to fill out the reservation page to make a new booking, starting with your driver details and the vehicle group you need.

5. Special requests

Is there something extra you need for this booking, such as satnav? Let us know In the special requests field on the reservation page so we can support your driving requirements.
