Alphabet is focused on making every journey as smooth as possible – and that includes starting your contract with us. From arranging a test drive to the final handover of your car, we’re here to keep you and your business moving forward.

If you’re starting from scratch, the following guide will help you on your way. If you’re renewing your contract, you can find out all you need to know here.

Please note: If you’re ordering a vehicle via a MINI/BMW retailer or broker, this process will differ as they will handle everything from initial order through to delivery.

Your step-by-step guide

Step 1. Arrange a test drive

Simply save a quotation for the vehicle you want in your Online Garage. Our Preferred Dealer Network will contact you directly to make the arrangements for a test drive.

Step 2. Ready to order?

Your ordering process will depend on your company. Get in touch for your bespoke process, or we will be in touch as part of our proactive renewals process.

Step 3. Order confirmation

Once you’ve submitted your order, one of our Preferred Dealerships will get in touch to carry out a specification check and confirm details. We’ll then send you an order acknowledgement including an expected delivery timescale.

Step 4. Preparing for delivery

As soon as your vehicle arrives and successfully completes our pre-delivery inspection process, the dealer will get in touch to arrange delivery.

Step 5. Handover

In the unlikely event that you haven’t heard from your dealership or us by your expected delivery date, please contact your dedicated Alphabet team. On handover day itself: - If this is your first Alphabet vehicle, it will be delivered to a specified address at either your home or office - If you’re also returning a vehicle, it will be collected at the same time (Key4Key) - You’ll have the opportunity to look around the vehicle. If you’re dissatisfied with its condition, please let the delivery agent, supplying dealer or Alphabet know straight away - The delivery agent will need to confirm your identity by asking for your full name and photocard driving licence, which they will photograph
