All Alphabet fuel cards can refuel with both diesel and petrol. This is useful when you might be using a replacement car. In Belgium, you can refuel with AdBlue or CNG as well.
This only applies to AdBlue at the pump, not to AdBlue purchases in the shop.
You can use your fuel card for a replacement vehicle. When entering the kilometre reading at the terminal, please enter 1 km instead of your actual kilometre reading: by doing so you indicate that the refuelling was for a replacement car.
NFC Premium and Light Cards: The fuel card is automatically unblocked for all Shell stations after 24 hours. After 48 hours, the fuel card will also be unblocked for partner networks and abroad.
It isn’t possible. Every fuel card has only one unique code.
NFC Premium and Light Cards: Our Ordering & Delivery Service will request a duplicate of your PIN code for you and send it to you by email.
NFC Premium and Light Cards: You can only recover costs using a fuel declaration form or our Alphabet App if you have an active fuel contract.
You will be reimbursed within 3 weeks at the latest.
Subject to your employer’s approval, Alphabet can order an international fuel card for you.
You can use your fuel card to pay charges for toll roads and tunnels both in Belgium and abroad. However, this will require your employer’s approval.
